Where we ship from
Lux Vials orders are dispatched from India or Mexico, depending on the order and current stock availability. We choose the fulfilment location that lets us get your order to you reliably.
Delivery time
Orders typically arrive within 15–20 days of the order being placed. This includes handling and international transit. Timelines can occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, peak periods, or events outside our control.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order value:
- Orders under $65 — $30 shipping
- Orders $65–$99.99 — $15 shipping
- Orders $100 and above — free shipping
Customs, duties & taxes
For international deliveries, any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the product price or shipping charge shown at checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll share dispatch and tracking details with you (where available from the carrier) using the contact details provided at checkout.
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange next steps.
