Our products
Lux Vials sells storage and organisation accessories — cases, holders, trays and inserts. Our products are not medical devices. They are not sterile, they do not come into contact with medication, and we make no health, dosing, or treatment claims of any kind. Vial sizes (e.g. 3 ml, 10 ml) are referenced only to describe fit.
Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs — in which case any amount charged for that order will be handled fairly.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. Applicable shipping is added at checkout.
Shipping, returns & refunds
